We provide all custom-made support / tailor for our all customer requirement in order to install servers and communication equipment, assets or if customer wants to rack installation, large equipment which cannot mount in rack, weighty special shape equipment, power and communication line full security．Our datacenters strictly control hall rack key as well as exit and entry information. We distribute communications equipment and computers (servers) information to our customer and services lines install according to their own well-equipped accommodation. If customer draws their chosen/selected carrier lines, we provide security package for them only.
We provide special shelves for thin computers or servers. IDC is located such as information system and corporate sectors. The 19-inch (482.6 mm) standard rack arrangement is widely used throughout the telecommunication, computing, audio, entertainment and other industries by EIA(Electronic Industries Alliance) . 19-inch (482.6 mm) wide and 1.75 inches high (44.5mm approx) and has been default now a days. The height of the electronic modules is also standardized as multiples of 1.75 inches (44.5 mm) or one rack unit or U (less commonly RU). For servers we call as 1U servers. Customer can chose ¼ rack, ½ racks or full rack.
To avoid or reduce different kind of hassle such as asset management, maintenance, we give supper user (root) access permission. As a result customer can install required application. We also provide servers speciation to meet our customer hardware need.
